Francine Marcoux
A graduate of St. Hyacinthe Food & Horticulture Institute in 1984, and practicing professionally horticulture since 1985 here in Fermont, I developed an expertise in Nordic culture, introducing new plants each year and studying their reactions to our rather capricious climate. Promoting Nordic gardening was the mandate that the City of Fermont had assigned me.
As an active community member, I am known for my skills and my experience. I passionately enjoy sharing my knowledge with others by writing articles in the community newspaper, and by offering gardening workshops at our garden center, etc.
From the very beginning, I demonstrated my interest in entrepreneurship and my business management skills, occupying a position of manager-bookkeeper in a co-operative.
Having an insatiable thirst for knowledge, I am continuously involved in learning and training on horticulture, business management, marketing, personnel management, etc. In short, any area that is likely to help me improve myself in my business management.

My life partner Corbin Yoland
While I am the sole owner of this business, it is important for me to mention the support, comfort, and continual help that my spouse, Yoland Corbin, brings to me.
Retired from the City of Fermont after 30 years of service, he started his own small company specializing in mini-excavation and snow removal. With extensive experience in heavy equipment operation, he is at ease with his mini-excavator and tractor.
Y'opère Enrg is a company that complements perfectly Pousse partout! Rather than acquire the machinery required for the completion of landscaping, we are committed to subcontract this small business operator who has great experience.
This approach allows him to experience entrepreneurship in his own field, while offering a guaranteed source of income during the summer season. In addition we offer him the storage space for his equipment.
As for Pousse partout!, this happy agreement allows for the investment in specialized equipment in horticulture, rather than a farm tractor that would only serve a purpose during the summer. All of this is in addition to having an experienced operator whose work meets our high quality standards.
It is only with his invaluable contribution from the very beginning that I have been able to grow my business. Handyman, craftsman and mechanic, he fixes my equipment, sees to the maintenance of the buildings, and is always available when needed.
